USU LUNDBERG BUILDING
The 1951 USU W.W. Lundberg Building renovation included complete replacement of the existing HVAC system with a new VAV air handling unit and hydronic reheat system. The project also renovated the existing steam PRV station, added a steam-to-hot-water heat exchanger, and extended campus chilled water service to the building. New hydronic heating and chilled water loops, associated pumps, and building automation system infrastructure were designed and integrated with the campus utility network.
